How to get your property featured.
If you wish to offer your accommodation additional advertising, you can view it for an extra fee of 15 euros per month. Your accommodation will appear on the home page, in the category "Recommended Accommodations", as well as on other relevant pages of the website, increasing the possibility of reservations.

Create a Property Ad
How do I create a new account?
To create a property ad, you must first register as a member. By filling in your contact information, you can become an advertiser by following the steps below.
How do I enter my property details?
From the page "Management Dashboard", select "Add Accommodation" and fill in all required fields. You can fill them in any order and save them to come back to later. Information is provided throughout the process to support you. When you have completed your entry and are satisfied with it, go to the section "My Subscription" and choose the advertising package you want for your accommodation. After completing the payment, press the button "Submit an Ad" on the last page of your listing so that your ad can be submitted for approval and publication.
Can you upload the property ad for me?
Our posting system is designed to be simple and comprehensive, ensuring you have a pleasant experience when listing your property. In addition, we offer a listing creation service at a cost of €20 per ad. If you wish, you can contact us so that we can take over the process of creating your ad.
Do I have to fill in all the fields mentioned in the registration form?
No, you will only need to fill in the fields that reflect the property you are advertising. These options will appear in your property details and will be used when visitors search.
What photos should I use?
Your images should be digital, of good quality and available for download from your computer. For best results, photos should have a minimum size of 1240px x 720px and an aspect ratio of 4:3 or 16:9.
*Select the main image of your ad by activating the star icon located at the top left of each image. Otherwise, the first image in the collection will be designated as the main one.
How do I add my photos?
You can add your photos by clicking on the section "Photo Collection" on your property listing page by selecting and uploading your images. You are required to upload at least 6 photos to post your ad, but we recommend adding as many as you can, as up to 12 are allowed. You must own the copyright to any image you use or have permission from the owner to use it.
How can I preview my ad?
From the listing page of your accommodation, you can choose "Preview your ad" at any time.
Accommodation owner identification
What do I need to provide to identify my listing?
To complete the process of publishing your listing, please send us the following documents to email listing@vistway.gr:
- A valid (not expired) identification document of the person listed on the admin panel under (my profile) section and you are considered to be the official admin – owner.
- Property Registry Number ( AMA ).
- Starting a professional activity (if you are a professional host).
- A recent DEKO bill for the specific accommodation.
- Website address (optional)
After we receive the documents, our representative will contact you by phone to complete the identification process.
We manage the information collected during identity verification for the purposes described in Our Privacy Policy.
Why we verify your identity.
Identity verification for guests and hosts is important because it helps:
- In promoting credibility between guests and hosts.
- In ensuring compliance with its community guidelines VisWay.
- To reduce fraudulent behavior.
- To comply with applicable law and regulations, including tax and payment laws.

General Questions
Can I advertise more than one property in one ad?
No, the platform only allows one property to be advertised per listing. If you have more than one, you'll need to create separate ads for each one.
Can I advertise any type of accommodation?
Yes, listings are customizable for different types of accommodation, such as hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs. The price table can be configured to show prices per person or per night, and we provide fields to enter additional amenities such as restaurant, cafe bar, spa, etc.
When will my ad be published?
Once you have completed all parts of posting your property and made the required payment, your listing will be available within 24 hours, provided it has been approved.
What determines the order in which properties appear in searches?
The order in which properties appear in searches is determined randomly within the specified criteria, thus ensuring a fair distribution of exposure.
Costing your ad
What are the charges and how do I pay?
The cost of your advertising exposure depends on the advertising package you choose and the offers that apply per period, according to our pricing policy. However, your charge will not exceed our financial commitment for a maximum charge of 1 euro (€) per day / accommodation.
As a new advertiser, you can benefit from EXTRA discount for your first listing, as well as various other benefits we offer. We recommend that you contact us before proceeding with payment.
The same applies to renewing your subscription, as we tailor each listing individually, taking into account your viewing history and performance, to ensure your investment generates value.
You can make your payment online with any major credit or debit card. For your safety, we do not accept cash or checks.
Is my payment secure?
We use its merchant payment services STRIPE to process your orders, one of the most reliable online payment methods. Your card details are automatically protected before being sent to secure servers within its network STRIPE. We do not have access to your card details during the payment process.
You publish invoices or receipts?
Our payment system will automatically generate a printable receipt for your records.
Edit and Update Your Ad
How can I make changes?
To edit your ad, log in to your account and select "My Accommodations". Then select “Edit Ad” to access all sections and make immediate changes.
How do I update my availability calendar?
We have a user-friendly system for updating your calendar, which allows you to enter reserved, available or uncertain dates. All your changes will appear instantly in the live ads.
Is it necessary to keep my availability calendar up to date?
Yes, we recommend updating your calendar as soon as you receive a booking. This ensures that potential customers have access to the latest information, avoiding any misunderstandings. We also have iCal sync feature, which allows you to automatically update your calendar via an iCal feed from a compatible calendar. Additionally, we provide an iCal export feature.
How do I update my prices?
Prices can be modified and updated at any time through your online account in the respective category.
How do I manage my guestbook?
Your guestbook is not editable. All reviews you have received for your property will be available in your guestbook section. You can choose whether to show or delete each review. The total number of reviews received and those published will be displayed on your book.
How do I add comments to my guestbook?
Entries and comments in your guestbook can only be submitted by previous guests via the guestbook link on your property details page. To ensure the authenticity and reliability of comments, manual posting is not provided. Once approved, listings will be published.
Additionally, reviews can be added by guests who have stayed at your property, even if they have not booked through VistWay.gr/.com.
Questions about reservations
How do I get reservations?
The visitor has access to all the contact information you have chosen to provide, such as phone numbers, email, WhatsApp, social media, as well as the link that leads to your website. So he can contact you directly to submit their questions regarding any queries or clarifications, as well as to complete their booking.
How do I know if a booking approach is genuine?
