For Travelers
Our mission is to ensure you enjoy unique and pleasant holidays. It is essential to respect the accommodation you have chosen and that is hosting you
We recommend treating the property with the same care you would give to your own home. Use the space and equipment responsibly, respecting the neighbors.
At the end of your stay, please make sure to leave the space in good condition, clean and tidy.
In case any damage occurs, please inform the owner or manager immediately. Good communication is key to resolving any issues.
Modifications to the property or equipment during your stay are not allowed unless pre-arranged.
For Owners / Hoteliers / Managers
If you list your property on our platform, it is important to provide accurate and honest information. The images, descriptions, and prices should always be up-to-date. Make sure your availability calendar is also updated to avoid unnecessary communications.
Your property should be clean and in good condition, with no defects that would make it unsuitable. All mentioned amenities should function properly.
It is critical to respect the privacy of your guests and avoid any disturbances unless absolutely necessary.
Each listing has a "report" button for submitting complaints regarding inaccuracies or violations. We take repeated complaints seriously and will contact the responsible parties to resolve any issues. In cases of severe violations, penalties or account deletion may be imposed.
